MISSION STATEMENT: We pledge to provide those who live, work and visit Marble Falls with quality service and effective government that is open and responsive to the needs and values of the community.

The City Manager is responsible for administering the affairs of the City in accordance with the City Charter, City Council policies and State and Federal Laws. The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City, performing highly responsible managerial and supervisory work in planning, organizing and directing the operations of the City.

As the City Manager, a large part of my job is to ensure that the City is maintaining the essential services that meet the needs of the community.  We are striving to provide these services in a fiscally responsible manner.   I serve the City Council to ensure the policies and visions of our community are effectively put into action to support their representation of Marble Falls. In this task, I am supported by a professional and dedicated staff that cares for our community and strives to serve those who live, work, and visit here each day.

Our staff aims to provide our residents with quality customer responsive services. Those services are designed to meet the needs of a busy and diverse populace.  We appreciate your input on the services we are providing to our citizens and our visitors.  We actively support and seek input from those who are interested in being a part of our rapidly growing community. We encourage you  to contact us with your input through the many ways we have provided for communication about our City.

Marble Falls is a great community of people who are proud to call Marble Falls their home.
