City of Marble Falls - Impact Fee Information
Development Impact Fees are charges to new development to offset the costs of providing utility infrastructure (water and sanitary sewer) to serve the new development. Impact fee assessment encompasses the entire municipal limits as well as much of the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City.

The Impact Fee Advisory Committee is appointed by the City Council. It is comprised of the existing appointees of the Planning and Zoning Commission, augmented by an additional representative of the extra-territorial jurisdiction.
