Lakeside Pavilion Pave Stone Application

Pave stones will be installed at the entrance to the Lakeside Pavilion. $100 each OR $75.00 each for two or more pave stones. Each line may contain up to 14 characters (including spaces). Each pave stone may contain up to three lines. All engraving shall be approved by the City.

Optimum Date of Installation:	(Actual installation date will be determined by the Parks Department Schedule. Please allow a minimum of 60 days from the date of the application.)
In order to maintain the unified appearance of pave stones, all engraving will be done in the same size font and font style. Each pave stone may contain up to three lines with fourteen characters per line including spaces. All engraving requests shall be approved by City personnel.

By submitting this form, you are formally applying for a Lakeside Pavilion Pave Stone and agree to pay the amount of $100.00 for one pave stone, or $75.00 each for two or more pave stones. Your pave stone will not be ordered until payment is received and your application is accepted by the City of Marble Falls.

ALL PAVE STONE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
