Reservation requests are accepted one year-to-date in advance. Payment must be received within 10 business days to confirm the reservation; or, the reservation will be cancelled. Reservation requests received within a week of requested date will be added to the reservation calendar and confirmed only at the time payment is received. Reservations cancelled less than a week in advance of reservation date are non-refundable.

By submitting this request I certify that I have read and understand the parks and recreation and noise ordinances; and have read and understand the conditions for use of park facilities in the City of Marble Falls. Any violation of these conditions for park use may jeopardize my future use of park facilities.

If the estimated attendance is 100 or more I understand that i am responsible for keeping the park free of litter for the duration and at the conclusion of the event (Section 15-28 Parks and Recreation Ordinance).

Alcohol Permits must be obtained at the Marble Falls Parks & Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday prior to the event (Section 15-27 Parks and Recreation Ordinance).

I hereby release the City of Marble Falls, it's officers, agents, employees and all other persons affiliated with the City of Marble Falls from any liability concerning any actions that may take place during or resulting from the rental of this facility. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of Marble Falls harmless from all liability for the foregoing.
